Location

       Bangladesh is making its first nuclear power plant in Roosevelt in the eastern side of Padma  river  near Ishwardi in the Pabna district of Bangladesh Location is here .

            The Roooppur  Nuclear power  plant will be 2.4Gwe nuclear power plant. and 1st two  unit  operational at 2023 according to the Bangladesh government. 

            The Important things is that the rooppur nuclear power plant  build up with  help of India and Russian and  Indian. The  VVER-1200/523 nuclear reactor and critical infrastructure are being cobstructed by Russian Rosatom State atomic energy corporations.and also Non-critical infrastructure in being constructed by Bangladeshi  and Indian companies like the Max Group of Bangladesh and Hindustan Construction Company of India. 

          The  construction is began from 30 November 2017. Today  status is under  construction. The total project  cost  of Rooppur Nuclear power plant is $12.65. Cooling tower  2 x natural Draft and cooling source  is river padma and  thermal capacity  of rooppur nuclear power plant has 2 x 32,000 MW.
